Howdy

I wanted to keep track of my running progress. I figured this was the easiest way. I am on week 6, day 2 of C25K however I skipped a week so I have been pushing myself a little hard. I used to be an avid runner back in the day and have always loved the feeling I get from a good long run. Ok, my idea of a long run is probably not what others have in mind, but if I can get back to where I used to be I will be so happy. 

These are my new shoes:

They are the Asics Gel Frantic 7s. A long time ago Asics were my shoe of choice and then they did something to them that gave me awful blisters. Looks like corrected the problem because these are great. 

By the way, Kohl's has been amazing and have this great policy where if I am not satisfied with my shoes they have the ultimate return policy. I am on pair #3 and I think these will be just fine.
